The Commercial Painting Industry Association has introduced two new keynote speakers for the Fourth Annual Leadership Conference, Kevin Nolan and Brian O’Malley.

Achieving Business Nirvana

Nolan founded Nolan Painting in 1979, growing it into one of the largest and most successful employee-based painting companies in the nation. In his presentation “Building Organizational Muscle”—also the title of his book, published in 2023—Nolan will speak to attendees about a business operating system he developed to organize knowledge, people, time and resources. Attendees will learn how the system optimizes knowledge and activities for lasting organizational success.

Nolan will be available after his talk to sign copies of his book.

Tackling Your Own Personal and Professional Summits

An adventurer, author, keynote speaker and award-winning photographer, O’Malley has been described as “Indiana Jones meets Yoda,” and his clients are a Who’s Who list of the world’s top companies and associations.

In his keynote presentation, he will reveal “The Secrets of an Adventurer,” helping attendees see life from a new perspective, discover their true source of wisdom, and explore the keys to top human performance and effective leadership. Drawing from a career and life as diverse as expedition leader, paramedic firefighter, Mt. Everest climber, SWAT team officer, paragliding pilot, and Make-A-Wish Grantor, O’Malley will guide participants on their own call-to-adventure journey.
