CPIA Peer Groups bring together 8-12 Owners of Regional Non-Competing Commercial Painting Companies to provide a space for mentorship, shared resources, and the connections needed to support and develop themselves and their businesses. Along with virtual meetings, we encourage in person shop tours, an annual peer group retreat, and attendance at regional, national and (eventually) global events!
Benefits of Joining a Peer Group
You can trust that the CPIA Peer Groups are like no other professional group in the painting industry — we’re NO BS, actual successful owners, of actual successful companies….open to feedback, honestly sharing our own real-life experiences for the benefit of ourselves and the other members of our peer groups and the CPIA as a whole.
Build strong, close-knit relationships with a community of fellow Commercial Painting Industry leaders from around the globe. They say, “To be the best, surround yourself with the best!” and that’s just what we do at the CPIA. Our application, verification, and interview process insures that only the best commercial painting companies from around the globe qualify for membership.
The founders of the CPIA have spent years researching and developing the model that would have the most impact on owners of commercial painting companies. After participating in many different organizations, forums, and groups, we have combined the best practices for achieving results and provide the facilitation of these proven strategies inside the CPIA.
