Owner Peer Groups
CPIA Peer Groups bring together 8-12 Owners of Regional Non-Competing Commercial Painting Companies to provide a space for mentorship, shared resources, and the connections needed to support and develop themselves and their businesses. Along with virtual meetings, we encourage in person shop tours, an annual peer group retreat, and attendance at regional, national and (eventually) global events!

No, Peer Groups are comprised of Regional Non-Competing Contractors. Our internal placement process insures you will not be in a group with a competitor as we understand the inherent conflicts in placing competing companies in the same forum. That said, there is no geographic exclusivity in the CPIA, multiple companies from the same area who qualify and complete our application/interview process are welcome to join the CPIA – they just won’t be in the same peer group.
